Many of the works featured in my earlier posts have been large, sometimes up to A0 in size, but this selection is of some smaller pieces. I was recently in touch with a gallery which only stocks smaller pieces as they have found many customers do not always have the space (or the budget!) for larger works.
The space issue is one I can identify with but it is interesting that people think smaller works should automatically be cheaper. Smaller works may require fewer materials but they often demand more time and effort, which as all artists know is priceless!!!
